生蒲黄汤联合西医治疗眼底出血疗效分析
Curative Effect of Using Shengpuhuang Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Fundus Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of Shengpuhuang Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of fudus hemorrhage.Methods 50cases of patients with fundus hemorrhage (87eyes) treated in the hospital from July 2014to July 2016 were equally divided into two groups by the sealed envelope method.25cases (42eyes) treated with convcntional PAMBA,vitamin C and the treatment of primary diseases were included into the controlled group,and the other 25cases (45eyes) additionally treated with Shengpuhuang Decoction were included into the combined group.The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment for fudus hemorrhage and total effective rate of improvement of visual acuity in the combined group were 95.56％ and 88.89％,respectively while those in the controlled group were 80.95％ and 71.43 ％,respectively (P＜0.05).Mter treatment,the TCM symptom scores,levels of D-dimer (D-D),interleukin-6 (IL-6) in the two groups were significantly decreased,the changes were more significant in the combined group than that in the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Shengpuhuang Decoction combined with western medicine can significantly relieve the symptoms of fundus hemorrhage,improve visual acuity,improve fibrinolytic status,inflammatory reactions and endothelial function,safe and effective.关键词
