Effect of Bushen Huatan Huoxue Method on Endometrial Tolerance in Patients with PCOS Ovulation Infertility

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bushen Huatan Huoxue Method on endometrial receptivity in patients with ESOS ovulation disorder.Methods:Forty-two patients with PCOS ovariectomized infertility were randomly divided into controlled group (n =46) and study group (n =46).The controlled group was treated with clomiphene citrate.The study gronp was treated more with Bushen Huatan Huoxue Method and 2groups were treated for 3courses.The endometrial receptivity was recorded before and after treatment by transvaginal ultrasound (TV-CDFI),sex hormones and adipocytokines and clinical efficacy and safety status were compared.Results:Compared with before treatment,levels of the average ovarian volume,endometrial PI,endometrial R1 decreased,levels of endometrial thickness increased after treatment,serum LH,T decreased,serum FSH,E2 increased (P＜ 0.05).Compared with the controlled group,levels of the average ovarian volume,endometrial PI and endometrial RI were lower in the study group,and the thickness of the endometrium was higher (P＜0.05),serum LH and T were lower,serum FSH and E2 were higher,serum VF and LEP were lower and serum APN was higher (P＜0.05).The effective rate of the controlled groups was 76.09％ (35/46),which was lower than the study group which was 91.31％ (42/46),(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Using Bushen Huatan Huoxue Decoction for treating PCOS ovulation disorder infertility patients,can significantly improve the endometrial receptivity,regulate endocrine levels,improve the pregnancy rate,worthy of clinical wide promotion.关键词
