中医辨证论治联合西药治疗抗磷脂综合征复发性流产临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy and mechanism of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with antiphospholipid syndrome.Methods:87cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients in the hospital with recurrent abortion were randomly divided into 2groups,the controlled group of 43cases,the observation group of 44cases.The controlled group was treated with aspirin (50mg/1 times/day) + prednisone (100mg/1times/ day) and hydroxychloroquine (0.2g/1 times/day) + subcutaneous enoxaparin (4000u/ih) treatment,the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the controlled group.Two groups of patients were treated until the end of the pregnancy,and then compared two groups of patients with antiphospholipid antibody negative rate and pregnancy outcome.Results:After treatment,the observation group antibody negative rate was significantly higher than that of the controlled group (P＜0.05),the outcome of pregnancy and birth was significantly better than the controlled group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:It had a good clinical effect on the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with antiphospholipid syndrome for combine traditional Chinese and western medicine,which was worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
