中医药分步论治IVF-ET失败137例患者再次IVF-ET助孕疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To objectively analyzing the effect of assisted pregnancy of TCM step by step on the treatment of IVF -ET failure patients again IVF-ET.Methods:Selected to meet the inclusion criteria of 137cases of Sichuan University Huaxi Second Hospital undergone IVF-ET rectangular case failure patients (kidney deficiency and liver Qi stagnation and blood stasis type) as the object.Using a randomized methods,comparing the effect of assisted pregnancy after treatment in the two groups,including the pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,biochemical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate etc.Results:1.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment step by step could improve the theinitial period pregnancy rate,and transfer cycles pregnancy rate.Comparison of before treatment and after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two group (P＞ 0.05);the treatment group had statistical significance (P＜0.05).The two groups were compared.After treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).2.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment step by step could improve the pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,reduce the abortion rate.Comparison of before treatment and after treatment,there was no significant difference between the controlled group (P＞0.05);the treatment group had statistical significance (P＜0.05).The two groups were compared.After treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The TCM on treatment step by step can improve the pregnancy rate,clinical pregnancy rate,reduce the abortion rate.关键词
