当归六黄汤治疗缺血性脑卒中临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:53patients with ischemic stroke admitted by our hospital during January and December in 2016were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group.Patients of the treatment were treated with Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,while patients of the controlled group were treated with conventional therapy.NHISS score and improved Rankin scale were scored before and after the treatment and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:After the treatment,the NIHSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group (t =6.008,P =0.027),and the score of MRS was also significantly lower (t =9.959,P=0.01).The total effective cases of the treatment group was 22 (84.62％) and 16 (59.26％) of the controlled group.The total effective cases of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group (x2 =4.197,P=0.04＜0.05).Conclusion:Danggui Liuhuang Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms and neurological function of patients with ischemic stroke.关键词
