摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of warming needling moxibustion combined with Wenyang Tongbi Herbal Medicine in the treatment of degenerative joint disease,to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods:50cases of degenerative knee arthritis from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected,the patients were divided into study group and controlled group according to the random number table method,25cases in each group,the study group was given wanning needling moxibustion combined with Wenyang Tongbi Herbal Medicine,the controlled group was given Wenyang Tongbi Herbal Medicine,two groups were treated for 14days,evaluation of knee pain in patients before and after treatment by visual analogue scale (VAS),and observing the clinical effect and the function of the knee joint of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 88％ (22/25) was significantly higher than that of 72％ (18/25) in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);Sports VAS score and tenderness point VAS score after treatment of two groups were significantly decreased,and the study group was lower than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);Range of activities and walking distance after treatment of two groups were significantlyincreased,and the study group was higher than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Wanning needling moxibustion combined with Wenyang Tongbi Herbal Medicine in the treatment of degenerative joint disease has good clinical effect,can improve joint function.关键词
