针刺结合肌电生物反馈对痉挛性脑瘫患儿智力及运动功能的影响
Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Electromyography on Intelligence and Motor Function for Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture combined with electromyography on the intelligence and motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 205patients with spastic cerebral palsy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group (n=102) which used acupuncture combined with myoelectric biofeedback therapy and controlled group (n =103) which used pure myoelectric biofeedback therapy,compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The two groups after the treatment GMFM score,function score and Ashworth spasticity assessment scale classification compared.with before treatment was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05),two kinds of treatment methods had achieved significant curative effect;the treatment group after treatment GMFM score,comprehensive function of scale and Ashworth spasm grading scales was better than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜O.05);the comprehensive function of the treatment group score improve rate was higher (93.1％) than the the controlled group (59.2％),the difference was statistically significant (P＜O.05);the treatment group spasm symptoms improved efficiency (83.4％) was better than the controlled group (50.5％),the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of pediatric spastic cerebral palsy with acupuncture combined with myoelectric biofeedback therapy has achieved remarkable therapeutic effect,and the intelligence and motor function of children have been improved obviously.关键词
