祛腐生新膏治疗糖尿病难愈性创面的疗效观察及护理体会

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing by Qu saprophytic new ointment in diabetic refractory wound healing.Methods:patients were randomly divided in our hospital 45cases of diabetic refractory wound into the control group (n =22) and treatment group (n =23),the control group with routine treatment and nursing,patients in the treatment group were treated with self-made Chinese medicine Qu Fu Sheng new cream on the basis of conventional treatment,combined with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing.Results:the total efficiency of treatment group (91.30％) was higher than the control group (50％),the difference was statistically significant (P ≤ 0.05);treatment period of observation group the average wound dressing,wound cleaning time and the number of cases per change bed compared with pressure sore advantages compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P≤0.05);for seventh days and 14days of observation group germiculture positive patients was significantly lower than the control group (P≤0.05);and in two groups after the treatment,blood routine,liver function and renal function were not due to the occurrence of adverse drug reactions caused by the use of.Conclusion:nursing with self-made new saprophytic cured ointment has better effects to promote the healing of diabetic wound.关键词
