Abstract
Objective:To explore the experience of treating fatty liver disease by analyzing the experiential effective recipes of renowned veteran doctors.Methods:This research collected experiential effective recipes treating fatty liver disease published by the renowned veteran doctors and established a database including all therapies and medicines,using EXCEL.Descriptive statistics and correlation analysis were used to analyze the distribution of the high frequency therapies and medicines.Results:Finally 43recipes were collected,and we found:①The expressions of therapies were 45kinds.That reminded renowned veteran doctors thought fatty liver disease's location was mainly in the liver and spleen,pathological factors were most phlegm,dampness,blood stasis,stagnation,even heat;②115kinds of medicines were used,the most were medicines for regulating flow of Qi,eliminating phlegm,invigorating the circulation of blood,clearing heat,dispelling dampness and so on.③The renowned veteran doctors were inclined to use multiple therapies,such as soothing liver and strengthening spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating Qi-flowing for eliminating phIegm,clearing heat and damp.Conclusion:Most famous veteran doctors involved in this research agree that the pathogenesis of fatty liver disease is a kind of compound pathogenesis,which base on the disharmony of liver and spleen,and sthenia in superficiality including phlegm,dampness,blood stasis,stagnation,heat.Their therapies are flexible and medicines mostly belong to clearing liver and spleen.关键词
