摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of using Tianma Wendan Decoction combined with enalapril in the treatment of hypertension (Folic Acid Tablets H phlegm and blood stasis type).Methods:In our hospital from July 2015to July 2016,120cases of phlegm and blood stasis in patients with type H type hypertension,according to the order of admission number taken randomly were divided into observation group and controlled group,60cases in each group,the controlled group was given enalapril treatment of Folic Acid Tablets,the observation group was given Tianma Wendan Decoction on the basis of the controlled group,compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,blood pressure,the level of Hcy and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α),high sensitive C reaction protein (Hs-CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and other inflammatory cytokines.The total effective rate of the observation group was 95％,and it is significantly higher than the controlled group which was 81.67％ (P＜0.05);the observation group after treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and the level of Hcy was significantly lower than the controlled group (P＜0.05);TNF-alpha,Hs-CRP,IL-6after treatment of the observation group,was significantly lower than the controlled group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tianma Wendan Decoction combined with enalapril and Folic Acid Tablets can effectively control the phlegm and blood pressure levels in patients with type H hypertension,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the level of Hcy and inflammatory factors,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is more effective than simple western medicine treatment,worthy of clinical application关键词
