Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effects of original collateral acupuncture combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction in treatment of primary hypertension with hyperactivity of liver-Yang.Methods:80cases of patients with primary hypertension of hyperactivity of liver-Yang and who accepted treatments in our hospital from August 2015to August 2016were selected,and the patients met the inclusion criteria were grouped according to admission order,the odd number as observation group (n=40) and the even numbers as controlled group (n=40).On the basis of routine treatment,in the controlled group of patients were treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction,while on the basis of the controlled group in the observation group of patients were treated with original collateral acupuncture.Results:After treatment,the diastolic pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 95％,which was significantly higher than that in the controlled group of 85％ (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5％,which was significantly lower than that in the controlled group of 15％,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of the original collateral acupuncture combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction for liver-Yang hyperactivity type of patients with essential hypertension,which it is beneficial to improve the effect of blood pressure control,improve the efficiency of treatment,and the adverse reactions are less,and it is safety and reliable,thus it can be promoted and applied in clinical.关键词
