Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect difference of Yinqin Qinggan Decoction and Reduced Glutathione in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NAFLD) patients.Methods:70patients with NAFLD treated in our hospital from March 2014to May 2016were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group (35cases) was treated with Yinqin Qinggan Decoction and controlled group treated with Reduced Glutatbione.The expression of IL-6and TNF-a in blood lipid and liver function of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the curative effect of TCM treatment was recorded.The changes and the occurrence of adverse reactions also recorded.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the patients was 91.5％,71.4％,it was higher than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);after treatment of the both groups of patients with IL-6and TNF-α were significantly reduced,the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the controlled group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yinqin Qinggan Decoction can significantly improve the blood lipid and liver function and inhibit the expression of IL-6and TNF-α in NAFLD patients.关键词
