Effects of Huoxue Zhuanggu Decoction Combined with Loxoprofen Sodium on Efficacy, Gait Characteristics and Balance Ability for Patients with Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Zhuanggu Decoction combined with loxoprofen sodium for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and to analyze the effect of Chinese and western combination therapy on gait characteristics and balance ability of patients.Methods:92cases of knee osteoarthritis patients treated in the department of orthopedics in our hospital.were selected for the study and divided into controlled group (n =46) and observation group (n =46) according to the random number table method.The patients were given basic anti-imflammatory and analgesic and functional exercise therapy,and the controlled group was given loxoprofen sodium based on the basic treatment,and the observation group was given Huoxue Zhuanggu Decoction.The clinical curative effect and the improvement of balance and gait before and after treatment were recorded and the adverse effects were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 89.13％ in the observation group,which was significantly higher than that in the controlled group with 69.57％,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Mter treatment,the stability index of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The pace of the observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the two-step phase was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the pace of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the controlled group (P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 4.35％ in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the controlled group with 32.61％ (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Zhuanggu Decoction combined with functional exercise,western medicine treatment can promote balance ability and gait improvement without increasing the adverse reactions and with high safety in patients with knee joint osteoarthritis,therefore it can be considered in clinical application.关键词
