从肝论治针刺治疗围绝经期失眠的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Treating Perimenopausal Insomnia by Acupuncture under the Theory of Liver Treatment

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture under the theory of liver treatment on perimenopausal insomnia.Methods:The 62eligible subjects were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and controlled group,31cases in each group,based on their order of recruitment.The treatment group received acupuncture therapy under the theory of liver treatmerit,and the controlled group took Estazolam Tablets.All the subjects had received efficacy evaluation of improvement situation about sleep quality,emotional disorder and perimenopausal period syndrome,which by PSQI,HAMA scale,HAMD scale aud improved Kupperman scale.Results:Effective rate of the treatment group was 90.32％,the controlled group was 86.67％,and the treatment group was better than the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).HAMA scale,HAMD scale and improved Kupperman Scale's score were all declined after treatment in both the treatment group and the controlled group.Comparison beteen the two groups,the treatment group was better than the controlled group in the scores of improved Kupperman Scale and HAMA scale,and was significantly better than the treatment group in the score of HAMD scale (P＜0.01).Conclusion:Under the theory of liver treatment for insomnia,acupuncture receives significant therapeutic effect.The improvement of sleep disorder,perimenopausal period syndrome,emotion of anxiety and depression are better than taking Estazolam Tablets.关键词
