Abstract
Objective:Discussing the intervention effect of psoriasis classification and TCM syndrome differentiation and TCM syndrome combined with TCM nursing intervention.Methods:45cases of psoriasis patients admitted in our hospital from January 2013to January 2016were divided into two groups according to the digital parity method.The odds entered the controlled group (n=23),and the patients were treated with ultraviolet radiation;and the evens entered the observation group (n =22),the patients of this group were treated with the combined method of TCM and TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) nursing.After one-month treatment (PASI score) to assess the patient's condition,compared the two groups of treatment results,the use of health survey Jane,the use of the results of the two groups of patients,(SF-36) was used to assess the quality of life of the patients.The psychological status of the patients was assessed by the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression scale (SDS),and the recurrence was recorded.Results:Compared with the controlled group,the PASI score decreased,the quality of life score increased,SAS and SDS scores decreased,and the recurrence rate decreased (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The patients with psoriasis receive conventional western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and physical care can achieve good results,to promote patient recovery,improve patient quality of life,at the same time can reduce the recurrence rate.关键词
