碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对大鼠急性脊髓损伤后内质网应激蛋白Caspasel2表达的影响
Effect of bFGF on expression of endoplasmic reticulum stress-related protein Caspasel2 after acute spinal cord injury in rats

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on the expression of Caspase12 after acute spinal cord injury in rats.Methods Ninety rats were randomly divided into sham group,acute spinal cord injury (SCI) group and bFGF group (SCI + bFGF)at 8-10 week.At 12 h,1 d,3 d,7 d and 14 d after acute spinal cord injury,the movement function was evaluated in rats by Rivlin inclined plate experiment,Neural cell apoptosis was examined by TUNEL staining and the expression of Caspase12 was detected in the damaged segments of the spinal cord by immunohistochemical staining.Results Rivlin inclined plate experiment average angle showed significantly difference between SCI group,SCI + bFGF group and sham group at each time point(P < 0.01).Rivlin inclined plate experiment average angle was significantly higher in SCI + bFGF group than in SCI group at 7 d(36.30° ±+ 2.82° vs 28.20° ±+ 2.78°,P < 0.05) and 14 d(46.50° ±+ 2.98° vs 33.30° ±+ 2.88°,P < 0.01).The cell apoptosis was significantly higher in SCI group than in sham group(14.20 +2.12 vs 2.35 +-0.62,P <0.01),and it was lower in SCI + bFGF group(10.32 + 1.68) than in SCI group(P < 0.01).The expression of Caspase12 was significantly higher in SCI group than in sham group(12.20 ± 1.02 vs 2.10 ±+0.20,P<0.01),and it was lower in SCI +bFGF group(7.50 ±0.60)than that in SCI group(P<0.01).Conclusion The ex pression of Caspase12 increases after acute spinal cord injury in rats,and bFGF can inhibit the expression of Caspase12.关键词
