低剂量Gn联合克罗米芬刺激方案在IVF/ICSI中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the mild ovarian stimulation protocol with clomiphene citrate and low-dose gonadotropin(Gn)in IVF/ICSI cycles of the patients with normal ovarian function.Methods:The data of 1063 IVF/ICSI cycles with mild ovarian stimulation protocol by using clomiphene citrate and low-dose Gn in the patients with normal ovarian function in our clinical center of reproductive medicine from Jan.1 2013 to Jun.30 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the actual frequency of oocyte retrieved,the cycles were divided into four groups.The patient's age,the dosage and duration of Gn used,number of oocyte retrieved,fertilization rate,high-quality embryo rate,implantation rate,accumulative clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate,delivery rate were compared among the groups.Results:There were no significant differences in Gn dosage and duration,number of oocyte retrieved,fertilization rate,implantation rate,OHSS incidence,cumulative clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate,ectopic pregnancy rate and live birth rate among the four groups.The high-quality embryo rate and multiple pregnancy rate were significantly higher in the fourth cycle than those in other three groups(P＜0.05).Conclusions:The mild ovarian stimulation with clomiphene citrate and low-dose Gn is a practical and effective protocol for ovulation induction,which may be considered for the patients with ovarian function and repeated IVF/ICSI failure.关键词
