摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the short-term safety of early rescue ICSI in neonates by meta-analysis.Methods:Computer initial inspection combined with manual retrieval method retrieved the database of MEDLINE (via.OvidSP),Embase,PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang data,VIP,etc.from built up to March 2017.The literatures were screened and analyzed independently by two researchers.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta analysis.Results:Finally,5 cohort studies were included.Meta analysis showed that there were no significant differences in neonatal outcomes including the rates of low birth weight infant,premature infant,and birth defects,as well as birth sex ratio between early rescue ICSI and conventional IVF and ICSI(P＞0.05).Conclusions:For patients with total fertilization failure in conventional IVF cycles,early rescue ICSI may be a safe and economical option.关键词
