摘要

Abstract

Nano ceramic grinding balls are made with nano alumina powder as the main raw material,in line with the principle of energy saving,low carbon,green cycle,the use of nano technology and intelligent manufacturing technology.They have advantages of high hardness,wear resistance,impact resistance,and consistent.They apply in high impact environment and dry grinding occasions,such as:used for cement dry grinding to replace steel balls,dry grinding of quartz,zircon sand,alumina and others,particularly can replace expensive zirconia ball in the high speed sand mill.The application of nano ceramic grinding body will be in three aspects:inorganic non-metallic powder dry preparation equipment in the legal system;adoption of large continuous mill for energy and manpower saving;sub micron and nano materials prepared by physical method.
