脂肪酸结合蛋白(FABPs)是一族同源性较高的细胞内蛋白质,对脂肪酸有很高的亲和力.其主要作用是调节脂肪酸的摄取和胞内运输,将脂肪酸从细胞膜运送到甘油三酯和磷酸的合成场所.本文介绍了2种脂肪酸结合蛋白A-FABP和E-FABP的组织分布、结构特性及脂肪酸的结构功能,同时进一步阐述了A-FABP和E-FABP的基因结构以及二者的相关性.
