Investigation of the Decision-Making Factors for Purchase of High-Level Medical Device Among Different Levels of Hospitals in Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the decision-making factors for purchase of high-level medical device among different levels of hospitals in Liaoning province. Methods The decision-making factors for purchase of high-level medical device from 510 hospitals in Liaoning province were surveyed with designed questionnaire. Results The top 10 ranking of decision-making factors for purchase of high-level medical device in secondary and tertiary hospitals were equipment performance (rank range: 1-8), after-sales service and timely efficiency (rank range: 5-10), the equipment utilization (rank range: 9-10), meeting the demand of clinical aspects (rank: 1, 7). The top 10 ranking of decision-making factors for purchase of high-level medical device in primary hospitals were different, and payment ability is the primary consideration, others including the price of the medical device (rank: 4), the performance of the equipment (rank range: 2-6), equipment maintenance cost (rank: 7), meeting the clinical requirements (rank: 8), after-sales service factor (rank: 9). Conclusion The equipment performance and after-sales service are the important factors in the purchase of high-level medical devices in all level of hospitals. The equipment brand is not the main factor in all level of hospitals.关键词
