辽宁省城乡各级医院MRI配置现状分析
Investigation of the Current Situation of MRI Among Different Levels of Hospitals in Liaoning Rural and Urban Areas

Abstract
Objective To describe the configuration levels and distribution characteristics of the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) instrument in hospitals of Liaoning province. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the MRI configuration of 585 hospitals in Liaoning. Urban and rural hospitals were calculated at allocation level, brand structure and price changes. Results MRIs allocation rates in primary, secondary and tertiary hospitals in Liaoning were 0, 23.7％ and 78.2％, respectively. On average, 0.00, 0.94 and 1.93 MRI per hospital was allocated in these three level hospitals. Since 2010, MRI purchase amount rose rapidly in Liaoning. The purchase proportion of high field MRIs and super high field MRIs increased rapidly. Imported brand took 92.4％ account of Liaoning MRI market, and all MRIs bands in tertiary hospitals were imported. After 2005, domestic brand MRI entered the secondary hospitals, but the amount was limited. Conclusion The configuration rate of MRI apparatus and its upgrading rate increases rapidly. The process of MRI technique and its upgrading increases fast. Therefore, the state and enterprises should increase the core technology research and institutional innovation, in order to improve domestic MRI technology and to promote its application.关键词
