摘要
Abstract
Objective To improve the discharge efficiency of medical insurance patients, update the three medical insurance directory, realize the statistical analysis of health insurance indicators and improve the level of medical insurance management via construction of information system for hospitalization of medical insurance. Methods In the present study, a health insurance audit function based on medical insurance business rules was designed, and the medical care system was established through network architecture, demand analysis and functional moduled design. Results The system optimized the hospital process of service, patients could easily achieve medical insurance registration, discharged for checkout, which could reduce queuing time, and enhance the medical insurance audit efficiency. Conclusion The system can achieve supervising of the operational indicators of health insurance, and improve the medical insurance services quality and efficiency.关键词
