摘要
Abstract
The methods of examination, management and supervision were discussed, based on the present situation of the medical equipment purchase in our hospital that the application of medical equipment in our hospital was summarized by the single department of medical equipment and lacking of relevant rules and regulations. Firstly, the budget quota application method for equipment by unit of department was formulated according to the national budget management rules. Then the information provided by the department, the information's audit points and audit functional department, and policy of awards and penalties were discussed. Finally, we put forward the hierarchy management system of 3 layers of decision-making, audit and reporting referring to the current management mode of our hospital.关键词
