冷轧带钢切边过程中缺陷形成机理及其影响因素研究
Study on defect formation mechanism and influencing factors in cold rolling strip trimming process
摘要
Abstract
A shearing process of strip edge defects formation mechanism is revealed based on the study of the mechanism and mechanical changes in light of the edge defect in strip trimming process by fully considering the structure and process characteristics of strip trimming equipment.The effects of different factors on the edge defect are analyzed deeply through a large number of field research and morphology analysis in strip cutting section.According to the type characteristics of different edge defects,a governance scheme from process optimization is proposed to reduce the edge defect,improve the control level of trimming quality,and may bring more economic benefits for enterprises.关键词
