摘要
Abstract
Comparing with the traditional free forging,a heavy cylinder rolling is an advanced and efficient forming technology because it has the advantages of short process,energy and material saving etc.A flow stress model of the heavy cylinder material is obtained by utilizing the thermal simulation experiment in this study.Through the coupled thermo mechanical numerical simulation of FEM,the metal deformation and the temperature variation law are investigated in the heavy cylinder rolling,and the effect of rolling process parameters on the metal deformation is analyzed.The studied results can provide the basis for optimizing the rolling technology and forming quality forecast and control.关键词
