丝素蛋白-聚乙烯醇复合凝胶对骨组织工程支架性能的影响
Influence of silk fibroin-polyvinyl alcohol composite gel for bone tissue engineering scaffolds performance

Abstract
Bonetissue engineering scaffold material and its preparation is very important to its performance.Compared with the single polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) gel,silk fibroin (SF)-polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) composite gel not only increases the stress but also improves the toughness of the scaffold.In this study,silk fibroin (SF)-polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) composite gel can be prepared by mixing silk fibroin (SF) powder with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) crystal in 1 ∶ 4 by utilizing water bath heating method.The silk fibroin (SF)-polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) composite gel is prepared by mixing with hydroxyapatite (HA) based on the low temperature freeze drying technology.The test sample is prepared,which the compressive strength is 31.2 MPa and the elastic modulus is 11.07 MPa.The maximum total deformation is lower than that of single PVA/HA samples,and it is not easy to break and crush.The experimental results show that the pore diameter of the HA/SF-PVA composite material is 15~350 μm,and the pore is equally distributed and the connectivity is good.The 3D printing composite scaffold is well formed and the pore is obvious without the expansion of silk.When the silk fibroin polyvinyl alcohol (1 ∶ 4) composite gel was heated by water bath,it is mixed with HA according to the ratio of 1.5 ∶ l.The mechanical properties and pore size of HA/SF-PVA composites prepared by utilizing this method are benefit to the repair of bone defects and the growth of bone cells.关键词
