摘要

Abstract

With the rapid growing of electric vehicles penetration in the active distribution network,the unconstrained or unguided consumption behavior is not conducive to the control of the power balance of the distribution network,it can even cause the network congestion.However,the EV fleets charging methods can be easily adjusted under the management and adjustment of the electric power market model.In this view,an active distribution network congestion dispatching model was proposed,which was based on the flexible charging/discharging temporal transference ability of EVs.Under the consideration of probability characteristics of intermittent distributed generation and EVs,the pattern was set up based on an operation pattern of adjusting the charging fees.The pattern was based on the real situation of our nation's electricity market,and it aimed to realize the bidirectional response control of distribution system operator and charging/discharging infrastructure operator.Thus,EV owners can be guided to make a reasonable charging/discharging schedule to realize the congestion management of active distribution network.The example shows that the congestion dispatching strategy mentioned in this paper can be implemented to reduce the degree of congestion,it can also enhance the security and economic operation of the network.
