Abstract
The large mechanical draft counter flow wet cooling tower has been generally chosen for the refrigeration system of power plants .According to field situation ,there is a concrete cross beam under the axial flow fan of a cooling tower .This bluff body will produce a series of periodic wakes after the passage of the fluid ,which will increase inflow nonuniformity and turbulence of the fan and increase the aerodynamic noise of the fan .For the research work ,firstly ,the same experimental model with the actual power plant cooling tower was designed .Secondly ,different kinds of cross beam were selected to study the influence of the aerodynamic noise of the fan .It was verified that the leading cross beam structure could reduce the turbulence intensity and made airflow more uniform . Finally , the damping nets were selected and installed . The aerodynamic noise of the cooling tower was effectively reduced by the rectifying action of the damping nets . The results provide theoretical and experimental support to reduce the influence of the aerodynamic noise .关键词
