气体流量现场校准仪的研制

摘要
Abstract
In order to break through the limitations of laboratory gas calibration ,we designed an on-site gas calibration instrument .The instrument is composed of two high precision roots flowmeters as the standard meter ,data acquisition and control modules ,the steady flow device and gas source .The error of the gas meter was measured with the instrument .The results show that the device can be used to calibrate gas meters of less than 1 .5 grade in the range of 0 .5m3/h to 400m3/h .The expanded uncertainty of the device is better than 0 .5% .关键词
