摘要

Abstract

To observe the organizational structures of the Paramphistomum from Tianzhu county of Gansu province,paraffin sections were prepared,stained by HE and PAS,and then observed under optical microscopy.In result,the Paramphistomum integumentum were divided into two layers:outer keratinized epithelium and intimal intensive circular muscle.The main part in the body cavity was reproductive system,digestive system and some muscle bundle and fibrous tissues.The reproductive system contained ovaries,uterus and testes.The digestive system spread over the whole body cavity.The sucker was divid ed into three layers:inner,middle,and outer layers.The middle layer contains more radially arranged cells.The outer layer was relatively thin circular muscle.The inner layer was thicker neatly arranged circular and keratinized skin structure.The middle layer of the sucker accounted for a large proportion,which mainly contained radially arranged muscle fibers.The inner part of middle layer contained a large number of basophilus cell,which distributed between the muscle fibers in cluster.Oral sucker was smaller than ventral sucker,and its proportion was about 1∶1.8.PAS staining revealed that glycogen mainly accumulated in reproductive system,and a few in the muscle layer of acetabulum.The squash technique allows us better observation of relative positions of various structures.
