麻鸭感染Ⅰ群禽腺病毒4型的致病及防治研究
Prevention and treatment of the disease in Shelduck resulted from a fowl adenovirus type 4 infection

Abstract
In June 2016,a highly lethal infectious disease emerged in a farm of 25-day-old shelduck locating in Shandong Province,which was characterized as sudden death,hydropericardium and liver necrosis,and the mortality rate reached up to 40%.The disease was diagnosed based on clinical signs,PCR detection,differential detection of duck adenovirus,isolation and cultivation in SPF chicken embryo passage,hemagglutination test,SPF chicken regression test and serotype mapping based on PCR sequences analysis.The results showed that the fowl adenovirus type 4(FAdV-4) was the agent for this disease.In order to prevent and control the disease,the chicken egg-yolk antibodies were injected firstly for treatment,which had a positive therapeutic effect in a short term.The disease recurred with the increasing death number,then the liver of dead ducks was collected and the tissue inactivated vaccine was developed,and all animal were performed contingency vaccination,and finally,the disease was successfully controlled.The ducks in this farm were infected with FAdV-4,which resulted in hydropericardium,and contingency vaccination of the homologous tissue inactivated vaccine is an important way for disease prevention and treatment.关键词
