摘要
Abstract
C3 glomerulopathy is mainly caused by the dysregulation of alternative complement pathway,which results in the over activation of this pathway and subsequent glomerular injuries.Laboratory detections will be very helpful for the precise diagnosis of C3 glomerulopathy.Current available tests include functional complement assays,screening for autoantibodies against complement components,quantitation of complement components and regulatory proteins,and tests for genetic mutations or deficiencies in complement proteins.关键词
