摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore common influence factors and quality control for image quality of dynamic renography so as to obtain better dynamic renography.Methods: A retrospective analysis was applied to analyze the dynamic renography data of 588 patients, and the image quality was evaluated, and their effect factors were analyzed based on above data.Results: In 588 dynamic renography data, 506 cases (86%) were good in image quality, and 54 cases (9.2%) were poorer in image quality, and 19 cases (3.2%) were worst. Besides, there were 9 cases (1.6%) were discordance between image quality and real clinical data of patients. The main factors that affected the dynamic renography image quality included: the preparation of patient in pre-detection, radiopharmaceuticals and operative technique of paramedic, etc.Conclusion: In those links and effect factors, the most important one is vein puncture operative technique of paramedic . Therefore, vein puncture technique of paramedic should be further enhanced and improved.关键词
