摘要

Abstract

Objective:To analyze and discuss radiation prevention and equipment performance of the digital subtraction angiography(DSA) project.Methods: The inspection phantom about experiment performance of Heart Speed 10C was applied to detect the effect of radiation prevention of DSA project and equipment performance of DSA. The survey monitor of ionization chamber was used to detect the air kerma rate, radiation dose and periphery dose equivalent rate of the external environment of machine room of operative place of DSA operator. And the effect of prevention for staff and the prevention apparatus of equipment were evaluated according to the national relative law, regulation and hygienic standard about radiation.Results: Through detection, the results indicated that the prevention effect of DSA project was well and it was conform to the requirement of national relative standard. And the each performances of DSA equipment could achieve the normal range, and the stability of equipment also was better.Conclusion: The scientific and reasonable allocation of personnel and equipment, reasonable shield measurement, rigorous safeguard and termly supervision management of vocational health could effectively control the radiation hazards of DSA. The inspection phantom of equipment performance of DSA has better practicability for the termly detection of various performance indicators of equipment, and it can ensure the image quality and stability of equipment.
