Abstract
Objective To investigate the radiate effect of apatinib ( APA ) on human cervical carcinoma HeLa cells in vitro. Methods HeLa cells with logarithmic phase were divided into radiotherapy group and APA combined radiotherapy group. Proliferation inhibition of HeLa cell from APA was detected by MTT, the radiosensitivity of HeLa cell was observed by clone formation assay. Results Proliferation inhibition of HeLa cell from APA was a concentration- dependent increase. Cell clone number and cell survival fraction of the APA combined radiotherapy group were lower than the radiotherapy group. Sensitization enhancement ratio ( SERD0 ) of APA was 0. 851, SERDq was 14. 919 and SERSF2 was 1. 245. Conclusion APA has the proliferation inhibition role to HeLa cell in vitro, combined with radiotherapy can enhance the synergistic effect of sublethal injury and cell death.关键词
