高效液相色谱法测定槐枝合剂的防腐剂含量
Content Determination of Preservative in Huaizhi Mixture

Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for effective control of the content of sodium benzoate in Huaizhi Mixture of hospital preparation. Methods The Agilent XDB-C18 column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) was adopted, the mobile phase was 0. 05 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution ( pH=3. 0 with phosphoric acid ) -acetonitrile ( 65 :35 ) , the flow rate was 1 mL/min, the detection wave length was 248 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The peak of sodium benzoate and other peaks in samples could be separated from baseline. The regression equation was Y=3531. 4 X+2. 683 ( r=0. 9999, n=6 ) , the sodium benzoate showed a good linear in the concentration range of 0. 02-0. 16 g/L, the average recovery was 98. 43%, and RSD was 1. 42%( n=6 ) . Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of sodium benzoate in Huaizhi Mixture.关键词
