Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of paclitaxel combined with different platinum in preoperative chemotherapy for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma ( ESCC ) . Methods Totally 83 patients with ESCC underwent preoperative chemotherapy in our hos-pital were selected and divided into paclitaxel and cisplatin group ( DP group, 35 cases ) , paclitaxel and nedaplatin group ( NP group, 27 cases ) and paclitaxel and oxaliplatin group ( OP group, 21 cases ) according to different chemotherapy regimen. The general treatment, adverse reactions of chemotherapy drugs and postoperative pathological response were analyzed statistically. Results Compared with OP group, the chemotherapy time of DP group and NP group were shorter ( t=4. 383, 3. 600, P=0. 000, 0. 001 ) , the proportion of thrombo-cytopenia after chemotherapy were less (χ2=7. 367, P=0. 025 ) . The rate of pathological response of tumor cells in DP group and NP group were higher than that in OP group (χ2=4. 978, 3. 884, P=0. 026, 0. 049 ) . Conclusion Preoperative chemotherapy with paclitaxel and cisplatin or nedaplatin is better than oxaliplatin, but it still needs further study.关键词
