静脉滴注用奥美拉唑的合理配制与使用方法分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the rational preparation and correct usage of omeprazole for intravenous drip. Methods According to the drug instructions and related references, combined with the preparation and usage of omeprazole in our hospital′s pharmacy intravenous admixture services ( PIVAS ) , the attentions for rational preparation and usage of omeprazole for intravenous drip were analyzed and summarized. Results Pay attention to the difference between ″only for intravenous drip″ and ″only for intravenous injection″ of omeprazole. 0. 9% Sodium Chloride Injection should be chosen as solvent when omeprazole used for intravenous drip. Other matters need attention included using alone, continuous flushing, avoiding light and taking off the iodine. Conclusion Pharmacists should strengthen knowledge about rational preparation and correct usage of omeprazole for intravenous drip to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.关键词
