摘要
Abstract
The main form of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) is prescription. Prescriptions have ″party″ and ″agent″ in two parts, Chinese medicine ″party″ is constituted in accordance with the theory of compatibility of compound, so compatibility is the key and the soul to prescription. The therapeutic principle of TCM compound is different from Western medicine compound, it not only has rationality, but also has the regularity. With the process of modernization of TCM, the shortages of traditional prescription compatibility mode ( prepared herbal medicine in small pieces ready for decoction or whole herb ) are recognized. Through the new research by the basic unit of prescription compatibility, such as different forms of TCM ( such as ultramicro prepared herbal medicine in small pieces ready for decoction and TCM granules ) and different levels ( such as active components and active ingredients ) , a new pattern of prescriptions compatibility has appeared, and some theoretical problems worthy of thinking have also appeared at the same time.关键词
