HPLC Fingerprint of Acanthopanax Senticosus from Different Habitats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Acanthopanax senticosus. Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent HC-C18(2)column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (gradient elution),the detection wavelength was 210 nm,the column temperature was 35 ℃,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/s and the analysis time was 60 min. Results Fourteen chromatographic peaks were identified in the chromatogram of Acanthopanax senticosus,and the similarity of the fingerprints of the 10 batches of Acanthopanax senticosus was determined by fingerprint similarity software was in the range of 0. 90-1. 00. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible,which can provide a strong basis for the quality control of Acanthopanax senticosus.关键词
