摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the extraction process of paeonol in Cynanchum paniculatum by response surface method(RSM). Methods The paeonol was extracted in Cynanchum paniculatum by steam distillation. The extraction process was optimized by RSM,the effect of extraction time (A),ratio of liquid to material (B)and amount of sodium chloride (C)as the independent variable,OY Value (Y)as the dependent variable,the multiple linear equation regression and the quadratic polynomial equation fitting were carried out respectively,and the optimal extraction process was selected and validated. Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:immersion time was 3 h,ratio of material to liquid was 1 :15,and sodium chloride was 150 g/kg. Conclusion The optimization process can be used to extract paeonol in Cynanchum paniculatum,the method is simple,stable and feasible.
