吲哚美辛亲水凝胶贴剂定量方法与前处理提取工艺正交优化
Optimization of Extraction Process of Quantitative Method and Pretreatment of Indomethacin Hydrophilic Gel Patch by Orthogonal Design

Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process and content determination method of Indomethacin Hydrophilic Gel Patch. Methods Quantitative analysis was performed by using HPLC - working curves,the extraction method,extracting solvent,time and pretreatment method were extracted by means of single factor and orthogonal design optimization. Results Finally,the extraction conditions of the patch were:after the patch paste was cut and broken,50 mL methanol was extracted for 90 min and extracted 1 time,or 25 mL methanol was extracted for 60 min and extracted 2 times. Conclusion Drug extraction process conditions in optimized patches is stable and reliable,which provides a good method for the quality evaluation of the patch.关键词
