摘要

Abstract

Objective To optimize the extraction process and content determination method of Indomethacin Hydrophilic Gel Patch. Methods Quantitative analysis was performed by using HPLC - working curves,the extraction method,extracting solvent,time and pretreatment method were extracted by means of single factor and orthogonal design optimization. Results Finally,the extraction conditions of the patch were:after the patch paste was cut and broken,50 mL methanol was extracted for 90 min and extracted 1 time,or 25 mL methanol was extracted for 60 min and extracted 2 times. Conclusion Drug extraction process conditions in optimized patches is stable and reliable,which provides a good method for the quality evaluation of the patch.
