复方降血脂丸质量标准研究

Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard of Fufang Jiangxuezhi Pills. Methods TLC method was adopted for the qualitative identification of Salvia miltiorrhizae,Catsia tora,Fallopia multiflora and Crataegus pinnatifida. HPLC method was adopted to determine chrysophanol in Catsia tora. Results TLC spots were clear with good reproducibility and separation. The linear relationship of chrysophanol content was good in the range of 1. 91-122. 28 μg/mL,r=0. 9996 ( n=7),the average recovery was 108. 01％,and the RSD was 1. 16％(n=6). Conclusion The qualitative and quantitative method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used for quality control of Fufang Jiangxuezhi Pills.关键词
