Abstract
Objective To investigate the method of quality control of Saposhnikovia divaricata. Methods The chromatographic conditions of HPLC were improved. The chromatographic column was Dikma diamonsil ⅡC18 column (150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol - water,gradient elution,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,the column tem-perature was 25 ℃,the sample size was 2 - 10 μL. Results The linear range of prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,4′-O-β-D-gluco-syl-5-O-methylvisamminol,cimifugin,sec-o-glucosylhamaudol were 0. 077-0. 698 g/L,0. 0396-0. 356 g/L,0. 0292-0. 263 g/L and 0. 018-0. 162 g/L,respectively. The average recoveries were 99. 23%,99. 62%,97. 26%,102. 20%,respectively,and RSDs were 1. 90%,1. 67%,1. 40%,1. 36%(n=5). Conclusion The improved HPLC method is simple and has good precision,repeatability and accuracy,which can simultaneously determine the content of various components in Saposhnikovia divaricata.关键词
