摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of habazoside in Xuanshen Baibei Powder. Methods Hypersil ODS2-C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the flow phase was acetonitrile (A)- 0. 05％ phosphate (B)for the flow phase gra-dient elution,the flow rate was 1 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 280 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃. The number of theoretical plates should be no less than 5000 according to the calculation of habbucoside. Results The quality concentration of hab-bucoside was good in the linear range of 23. 14-138. 80 μg/mL,the regression equation was Y=32470 X+120163,r=0. 9992 (n=5),the average recovery rate was 97. 92％,RSD=2. 01％(n=6). Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,reproducible and specif-ic,which can provide technical reference for formulating the quality standard and effective quality control of Xuanshen Baibei Powder.关键词
