摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of phillyrin in Huanglianshangqing Capsule. Methods The Boston C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid(25 :75 :1),the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results Phillyrin showed the linear relationship within the range of 0. 7230-7. 230 μg(r=0. 9999),and the average recovery was 99. 34％,RSD=1. 16％(n=6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Huanglianshangqing Capsule.关键词
