摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of Ligustrazine Injection on the chemokines, vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF ) and its receptors of patients with endometriosis. Methods Totally 62 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from June 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into the control group ( conventional treatment ) and the observation group ( conventional treatment combined with Ligustrazine Injection ) according to the random number table method, 31 cases in each group. The serum chemokines, VEGF and its receptors levels of two groups before and after the treatment were analyzed and compared. Results After treatment, the levels of serum chemokines, VEGF and its receptors of two groups were continuously improved, and the serum indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Ligustrazine Injection can significantly improve the chemokines, VEGF and the expression of its receptors of patients with endometriosis, it plays a positive role in the treatment of diseases.关键词
