摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Cordarone for preventing ventricular arrhythmias after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods A total of 112 patients underwent coronary artery bypass grafting were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional medicine, while the observation group was treated with Cordarone. Results The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,ICU monitoring time,hospital stay,the incidence rate of arrhythmia in the observation group were (120. 5 ± 2. 3)mmHg,(76. 1 ± 5. 5)mmHg, (62. 7 ± 7. 5)bpm,(1. 8 ± 0. 5)d,(11. 6 ± 2. 4)d and 14. 29％,respectively,which were significantly lower than (123. 8 ± 2. 1)mmHg, (80. 9 ± 5. 3)mmHg,(70. 5 ± 8. 0)bpm,(3. 0 ± 1. 4)d,(17. 6 ± 3. 2)d and 42. 86％ in the control group (P < 0. 05). The levels of neuroendocrine factors and cardiac function in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Cordarone for preventing ventricular arrhythmias after coronary artery bypass grafting has good effect,it can not only improve the level of neuroendocrine factors and cardiac function,but also reduce the clinical indicators and the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
