摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cimetidine and inhalation of recombinant human interferon α1b combined with Zinc Gluconate Solution for treating diarrhea induced by rotavirus infection. Methods Totally 102 children patients with diarrhea induced by rotavirus infection in our hospital from December 2014 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the obser-vation group and the control group,51 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine symptomatic treatment after admission,on this basis,the control group was given cimetidine combined with inhalation of recombinant human interferon α1b,while the observation group was given cimetidine and inhalation of recombinant human interferon α1b combined with Zinc Gluconate Solution. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 08％,which was significantly higher than 82. 35％ of the control group (P < 0. 05). The disappeared time of fever,vomiting,dehydration and diarrhea in the observation group was (2. 59 ± 0. 63)d,(2. 67 ± 0. 73)d, (2. 69 ± 0. 57)d,(2. 83 ± 0. 52)d,which was significantly shorter than (4. 15 ± 0. 71)d,(3. 43 ± 0. 85)d,(4. 03 ± 0. 54)d,(3. 97 ± 0. 85)d in the control group(P < 0. 05). The incidence rates of thrombocytopenia(3. 92％ vs. 5. 88％),nausea(7. 84％ vs. 3. 92％),constipa-tion(5. 88％ vs. 1. 96％)and abdominal distension(3. 92％ vs. 5. 88％)in the observation group and the control group were not sta-tistically significant(P > 0. 05). Conclusion Cimetidine and inhalation of recombinant human interferon α1b combined with Zinc Glu-conate Solution for treating diarrhea induced by rotavirus infection has good clinical effect and safety,it can effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs of children,and don′t increase the risk of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
